However, this results in a somewhat too small field of vision, especially during doubles games. I would have really appreciated being able to turn off this screen option. There is otherwise a fairly wide variety of courts, with a handful revolving around various dangers like portals that alter the trajectory of the ball or Mecha-Koopas that can turn a doubles game into a spectacularly chaotic war scene.
That being said, organizing a match is quite a complex task. To make matters worse, it is not possible to play a tournament with friends, in offline mode, which for me is a particularly gross oversight. The gameplay of Mario Tennis Aces consists of playing matches of tennis with various characters from the Super Mario series. New characters are added by participating in monthly tournaments, or are added to the roster the following month if the player does not participate.
Project Zomboid. Aces adds several new mechanics to the Mario Tennis series. If the opponent counters the zone shot, their racket will take damage. When a racket is hit with a zone shot three times, it will break, forcing the player to forfeit the match if it is their last one.
